100% Grass-Fed Tallow

Our cows are regeneratively raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished to encourage high fatty acid content before harvest. We use only suet fat and carefully dry render it at low temperatures to preserve the nutrient profile. Used in skincare for generations, tallow is a prized primal resource because it’s highly compatible with our skin.

Beeswax

Packed with nutrients, we really love beeswax for its holding power. It creates a soft, breathable barrier that keeps moisture in the skin. It helps with skin elasticity, cell health, and hydration, and it’s always our first choice for sensitive skin. We source our wax from pure honeycomb cappings, harvested at local apiaries practicing regenerative agriculture.

Mica

Ethically sourced and traceable, mica is a crushed mineral that adds pigment and shimmer to makeup. It replaces microplastics and other synthetic ingredients while adding a glow that’s safe for most skin types.

Iron Oxides

These are mineral ingredients behind our color pigments. Iron oxide use dates back to ancient times, when they outlined cave paintings and crushed into cosmetics. Today, we use them to replace FD&C dyes and lakes.

Carmine

We are a truly natural brand, which means all natural ingredients are welcome, including carmine. It’s a bright red dye made from crushed insect shells. And while it might take some getting used to at first, carmine has a much longer history than modern dyes. The Aztecs were the first to popularize it for paint and fabrics.

Vitamin E Oil (Mixed Tocopherols)
