Refund policy

If you receive your package and find defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please send an email to hello@schneidergoodsco.com (with your order number included).

Returns

We want you to love your goods from our shop! If you don't, we offer returns within 30 days, minus shipping. Please contact us at hello@schneidergoodsco.com with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason for return.

We will issue a return label via email, and you will be responsible for getting the returned package to the post office within 14 days. When we receive the package, we'll credit the purchase price (minus the original shipping cost) to your original form of payment within 10 days.
